CrossFit is what ever you want it to be. At WCFD we realize that everyone has their own goals. We are all in different places in our lives and we all have different needs. WCFD is interested and eager to hear about your goals and needs. We would also love to know your idea of fitness.
At WCFD(Westside CrossFit) we realize that everyone has different goals, different needs, different reasons for exercise and different reasons for walking into our facility. Some may have no reason at all beside smile chance or curiosity to know what all of the CrossFit fuss is about. That is why we are introducing CrossFit Levels.
There are many ways to get started here at WCFD. You can check out our schedule and come in during one of the class times to see what is going on and talk to a coach about joining in on the fun.
If you are not interested in watching and are ready to give it a go then you can call us and set up a time to come in and try out ONE of our classes for FREE. Times and space are limited so don’t hesitate, some one could be calling to get your spot right now. After you come in and love it we can figure out where to go from there.
If you have done CrossFit before and know what to expect, have all the movements down, and know how to scale workouts with a little bit of guidance/assistance from a coach then you can give us a call to set something up or come on in and we can get you started as well.
